HM sports well organized popup windows to help facilitate interaction with your file system. From this particular window you can save a selection to a new zip file or append the selection to an existing zip file.

In the midst of moving files from here to there you're likely to overwrite a file or two. HM provides a simple means by which you can quickly select which files to overwrite and which to leave untouched.
