After the scheme of public money robbery in the Santa Catarina state government had been denounced by Anonymous through Operation Estradão, the head of the gang, professional thief and director of the DEINFRA, William Ernst Wojcikiewicz (William Chupacabra) rushed to close the JW shell company that he used to launder some of the stolen money.

In an attempt to stifle the case, the Ra-Imundo Colombo governor, the filthiest governor of the history of Santa Catarina, removed William Chupacabra from the board of DEINFRA, but kept him heading of the corruption scheme and laundering stolen money.
The company JW was closed, but only to give way to another company also used in the money laundering stolen from the public coffers. The new company is called CAP.

The CAP company is based in Casa do Empreendedor, which has provided important work for microentrepreneurs in Biguaçu, but is now tainted by the presence of a company used to launder money stolen from public coffers.
William Ernst Wojcikiewicz is still frequenting the corridors of DEINFRA and giving orders to the forehead Carlos Alberto Simone Ferrari (Beto Ferrari) and at least two other engineers working in the same body but are employees of APPE company, José Augusto de Oliveira and Carlos Alberto Moraes de Campos. Anonymous has information that part of William Chupacabra's bribe is paid by APPE itself through contracts with CAP.
As Anonymous have found this company APPE is the third leg of the corruption scheme within the DEINFRA (along with project contractors and companies). It has giant contracts with this body and some of its owners are former directors of DEINFRA itself. It has an office inside the DEINFRA building and employs the children of William Chupacabra himself. Anonymous is investigating.

Santa Catarina state public ministry covers the corruption scheme
Evidence on evidence was posted by Anonymous, if the prosecutor had an interest he could easily open the income tax returns of the companies involved and accurately map who is paying bribes to the William Chupacabra scheme... but the Santa Catarina public ministry is controlled by Freemasonry, which also includes the corrupt ones of DEINFRA. Freemasonry is an organized crime scene. The injustice promoter Samuel Dal-Farra Naspolini can never investigate anything or find anything. Together with the other parasites of the public ministry, he is only interested in receiving his huge salary every month. Soon this corrupted cover-up will enter the Estradão dance.
