Anonymous Operation Estradão (#OpEstradão) is against the biggest corruption scheme of the state government of Santa Catarina which was the true cause of the fall of the board of the DEINFRA. Governor Ra-Imundo Colombo even divulged that he would extinguish DEINFRA. Law was passed to ease the cover-up of the robbery.
In 2014, a month before the election, Anonymous released the Dossier of corruption in DEINFRA, with details of most of the existing corruption scheme in the state government and operated within the State Department of Infrastructure (DEINFRA) by corrupt professional William Ernst Wojcikiewicz, director Of planning and projects.
The dossier gives accurate details and the names and photos of some of the corrupt and many of the corruptors, in addition to making it clear that Anonymous knows very well how the scheme is rooted in state government and how it is covered up by the State Court of Accounts and Prosecutors who also take their share. Panic overtook the corrupt and campaign marketers hired by Ra-Imundo Colombo.
After the election the Raimundo Colombo sent disclosure that would extinguish the DEINFRA,, citing as justification the need to "control areas that only create problems", problems like corruption that becomes public on the eve of the election. It was only a ballet of Ra-Filth, a factoid released for use in the future if they can not stifle Anonymous's accusations, when the governor will then claim that he "tried to extinguish" the body to heal corruption.
He announced the extinction of DEINFRA, but never had this intention, because he benefits from the stolen public money and created another factoid, replacing the board, exonerating the corrupt William Ernst Wojcikiewicz and the president of the body, the corrupt and political Paulo Meller.
Paulo Meller, was replaced by Wanderley Teodoro Agostini, another corrupt and politician, and William Ernst Wojcikiewicz was replaced by Carlos Alberto Simone Ferrari (aka Beto Ferrari), who until then was subordinate and ironhead of the same William Ernst Wojcikiewicz.
Changed to continue as it was. The corruption scheme continues to function as before, and even exonerated, the public money thief William Ernst Wojcikiewicz continues to frequent the corridors of DEINFRA and giving orders to his subaltern Carlos Alberto Simone Ferrari.
The corrupt and Court of Accounts of the State of Santa Catarina unite to cover the robbery
The State Court of Accounts should supervise and prevent the stealing of public money, but since the thief's government Luiz Henrique da Silveira has made an agreement to take his fair share. It does not oversee anything and still helps cover up.
An example of this desperation to cover up the thievery is the complementary state law 588/2013 gestated by the Court and state government and approved by the Legislative Assembly. This law established a kind of administrative regulation in cases submitted to the Court of Auditors (TCE-SC) in the case of exceeding five years for analysis and judgment. After this period, the process, establishes the law, will be considered extinct, without judgment of merit, with automatic discharge of the responsibility of the administrator or responsible.
The scheme that the corrupt have planned is simple, the Court of Auditors tricks the proceedings for five years which is then filed by automatic prescription based on this law.
