The Swaraj GNU/Linux will be 100% Free/Libre/Swatantra Debian-based Linux distribution for enhancing use of Free software in India. It plans to include Indian languages support (Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Malayalam, Punjabi, Tamil) and other packages that would be most relevant for use in Indian government, schools, colleges, office and home environment.
It will be completely owned by the community.
